Over this winter break, the GradComD student blog The Kerning Point came back online and is ready for your contributions. Yes, yours!

The Kerning Point is an online community for all GradComD students and faculty to share thoughts, stories, and ideas on design. It is also a great way to connect with other students and see what others find interesting or what other students are busy with. If you love a certain design blog, discovered a new typeface or read a design book that you think everyone should read, we want to know about it.

Creating and posting content is quick and simple, but you must first be a registered user on the GradComD website. Registering is easy for enrolled students:

1. Go to this link
2. Enter your Pratt email address and click Email new password
3. Check your Pratt email for your password and then login here. Your username is your Pratt email without the "@pratt.edu."

To create a new post, click on the red link in the upper right hand corner. Once there, you'll have an easy form to fill out. You can add an article leading image or embed images in the post itself. Give it a shot!
